TalkSafe 계정과 서버에 저장된 데이터의 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 요청하시면 계정이 해지되고 서버에 보관된 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
You can request deletion of your TalkSafe account and the data stored on our servers. Once requested, your account is closed and the associated server-side data is deleted.
삭제 요청 방법 / How to request
앱에서 바로 삭제: TalkSafe 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르면 즉시 삭제됩니다.
In the TalkSafe app, go to Settings → Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately.
앱을 쓸 수 없는 경우 아래 방법으로 요청하실 수 있습니다.

메일 본문에 TalkSafe 로그인에 사용하신 Google 계정 이메일 주소를 적어주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 필요합니다.

처리
요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하며, 처리 완료 시 회신드립니다. 늦어도 요청일로부터 30일 이내에 삭제가 완료됩니다.
계정은 유지하고 데이터만 삭제: 녹음 파일은 앱의 기록 화면에서 개별 삭제할 수 있으며, 클라우드에 백업된 사본도 함께 삭제됩니다.
To delete data without deleting your account, delete recordings individually in the app's history screen. Any cloud backup copy is deleted as well.

기기에 남는 데이터 / Data on your device
기기에 저장된 녹음 파일과 키워드는 서버와 무관하며, 계정 삭제로 지워지지 않습니다. 이 데이터는 기기 안에만 있고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 앱의 기록 화면에서 녹음을 개별 삭제
- 또는 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 데이터가 함께 제거됩니다
Recordings and keywords stored on your device are separate from our servers and are not removed by account deletion. Delete them individually in the app, or uninstall the app to remove all local data.
보관 / Retention
삭제 후 서버에는 위 데이터가 남지 않습니다. 다만 가입 혜택의 중복 지급을 막기 위해, 혜택을 받은 계정에 한해 원래 값으로 되돌릴 수 없게 변환한 식별값(해시)만 보관합니다. 이 값으로는 이름이나 이메일을 알 수 없으며 녹음 내용은 포함하지 않습니다.
결제 기록은 Google Play가 자체 정책에 따라 보관합니다. 계정을 삭제해도 Google Play 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않으니 Google Play의 구독 메뉴에서 직접 해지해 주세요.
After deletion, none of the data above remains on our servers. For accounts that received a sign-up benefit, we keep only a one-way hashed identifier to prevent the benefit from being claimed again; it cannot be used to recover your name or email and contains no recording content. Payment records are kept by Google Play under its own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription; please cancel it in Google Play.
